Chocolate Fountain Rental Faq's Q. Will I have to pay a delivery charge? A. If your venue is located within the M25 no. If your venue is anywhere else in the UK then a charge will be levied. For full details please call us. Q. How long will the Chocolate Fountain run for? A. The Chocolate Fountain will run indefinatley, as long as the chocolate is kept topped up! Q. Do you use fresh chocolate for each rental? A. Yes, we never recycle our chocolate from other rentals. If you wish we can leave you any surplus chocolate, please let us know before the end of your event so we can put the chocolate in a suitable container. Q. Can I supply my own dips for my event? A. Yes, please ask us which food you would like and we will advice you if they are suitable for our machines. Q. Do I need an operator? A. No, we do however recommend an operator to oversee any event. Our uniformed staff will be on hand to look after your guests and to ensure the Chocolate Fountain runs smoothly and kept clean throughout. Q. Have you liability Insurance & Food Hygiene certification? A. Yes, we have full liability cover and every operator has food hygiene certification.
